Students have their
  "Own Individual"
     learning plan,
       which is agreed prior to
          them coming on timetable.
Students work One to One with their tutor, and then
individually on software and paper based tasks.
One full class consists of 5 students who are all working independantly from one another, whilst under the supervision of 1 tutor.
Learning is at the pace required by each student,
competiton to answer questions is eliminated because each student is
working on their own
learning plan
